Private nurses training colleges in Ghana over the years have gained massive recognition for themselves. The government has also created an enabling environment for most of these schools to excel with many initiatives.
Some of these initiatives include providing jobs to nurses that graduate from the private nurses training colleges. But the only way students from private nurses training colleges get recruited after school is by ensuring that the schools they attend are accredited by the Ghana Accreditation Board (GAB). It will be a tragedy to realise after spending years and wasting money on fees only to find out the school isn’t accredited.
