How to buy UPSA e-voucher with Mobile Money (MOMO)

Below are simple steps to buy the UPSA application form with mobile money using the shortcode *887*18# on any network.

1. Dial the USSD short code *887*18# on your phone (Note: works on all networks)
2. Enter UPSA
3. Select your preferred application type ( Enter 1. for undergraduate & Masters, 2. PhD Application)
4. Wait for a payment prompt and authorize payment by entering your pin
5. An SMS will be sent to your phone containing the Online Serial Numbers – UPSA E-voucher
6. Use this e-voucher to login into UPSA online application portal to begin your application process

NB: after 5minutes of making payment and still no SMS of your e-voucher sent to your phone, follow the steps below.

How to Retrieve UPSA E-voucher After payment with MOMO

In case you did not receive your UPSA e-voucher SMS after five (5) minutes of payment, follow the steps below

2. Select YES from the options
3. Select date of transaction
4. Select the Retrieve E-voucher option
5. Wait for an SMS to be sent to your phone

How to Apply for UPSA Admission Online using the UPSA Admission Portal

Candidates interested in securing admission into UPSA should follow the following steps on how to apply for UPSA admission.

1. Visit the UPSA students admission portal https://upsasip.com/adm-area
2. Enter the E-voucher/ Online Serial Numbers (OSN)  number to access the online application form
3. Fill out the application form and submit it online
4. Click on the submit button once you are through
5. Print out your form

Below are the documents that will be required from you when applying for admission at UPSA

All applicants are expected to scan and attach the following documents to their online application forms. All such documents to be attached must be scanned into PDF format.

• Certified copies of all certificates
• Certified copies of original transcript(s) of academic records
• Certificates confirmed by the professional body are required for professional applicants
• Birth certificate or any national ID or legitimate documentary proof of date of birth
