- Enter UPSA
- Select your preferred application type ( Enter 1. for undergraduate & Masters, 2. PhD Application)
- Wait for a payment prompt and authorize payment by entering your pin
- An SMS will be sent to your phone containing the Online Serial Numbers – UPSA E-voucher
- Use this e-voucher to login into UPSA online application portal to begin your application process

- Enter the E-voucher/ Online Serial Numbers (OSN) number to access the online application form
- Fill out the application form and submit it online
- Click on the submit button once you are through
- Print out your form

Below are the documents that will be required from you when applying for admission at UPSA
All applicants are expected to scan and attach the following documents to their online application forms. All such documents to be attached must be scanned into PDF format.
- Certified copies of all certificates
- Certified copies of original transcript(s) of academic records
- Certificates confirmed by the professional body are required for professional applicants
- Birth certificate or any national ID or legitimate documentary proof of date of birth
