The NIA however has the Authority to COMPEL ANYONE WHO MAY CHOOSE NOT TO REGISTER to provide information and will outline a policy and PUNITIVE MEASURES to be applied to those who may fail to participate.

Many governmental and private agencies will require ID cards in order to provide the needed services. Institutions such as hospitals, schools, banks, insurance companies, and telecommunication companies as well as those in the aviation industry are examples of agencies that may require ID cards to provide efficient services.
